SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. SHIPPING & PAYMENT

Couriers: We ship via Speedy and Econt.
Delivery Time: Between 24 to 72 hours within Bulgaria.
Options: Delivery to a personal/work address or a courier office.
Inspection: All orders include "Inspect before you pay". You can reject the order on the spot, but the shipping costs both ways will be charged to the customer.
Payment: Cash on Delivery (Postal Money Order). The courier will issue a fiscal receipt upon payment.

2. GENERAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have the right to return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions: The item must be in its original packaging with all labels attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (perfume, smoke).
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, swimwear, hosiery, and jewelry.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. In case of an error by rush.bg, we will cover all shipping fees.

3. EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, ship it back to us. Once inspected, we will send your new item within 5 business days.

If the new item is more expensive, you pay the difference upon delivery.
If it is cheaper, we will refund the difference to your bank account or provide a store credit/voucher.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted only via courier. We do not accept packages sent with "Cash on Delivery" charges to us. Refunds are issued exclusively via bank transfer within 14 days after we receive and inspect the goods.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Please send an email to info@rush.bg with the following details:

Order Number.
SKU/Article number of the item you are returning/exchanging.
IBAN and Account Holder Name (for refunds).
